Disclaimer: This Vessel is being offered for public sale pursuant to the Order of the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey, Civil Action No. 25-01893 (GC) (TJB). The Vessel shall be sold to the highest bidder, subject to confirmation by the Court. The successful bidder shall be required to deliver, at the time of sale, earnest money in certified check or money order in an amount equal to at least twenty percent (20%) of the bid price, with the remaining balance due and payable by money order or certified check within forty-eight (48) hours. All bids and the resulting sale remain subject to the terms of the Court's Order and final Court confirmation. This vessel will go up for live auction through the United States Marshals. Bidding takes place on September 18, 2026 at 12:00 PM at Deep Creek Cove, 381 Brielle Road, Manasquan, New Jersey 08736. Bidding takes place in person and the vessel cannot be purchased prior to the time of the auction.
