BROKERS WALK THRU

The Stamas 310 Tarpon is a rugged 31' offshore center console boat built for serious anglers! It features a stable modified-V hull, an 11-foot 2-inch beam, massive fuel capacity, and heavy-duty fiberglass construction.

The seller purchased and re-powered this boat in 2016. She has newer engines with very low hours. The seller does live in Nevada, and the boat has had very light use... very, very light use. His age and health have caught up with him and he will not be returning to fish. The engines are due for service but will last a very long time with proper care. The shelf life of these engines has barley been broken into.

If I were buying this boat I would factor in a full 300-hour service to be performed by a Mercury mechanic, this can be done for about $1,500 per engine and (list of what is done with 300 hours will be posted below in another section).

The boat has newer electronics as well. Not brand new, but safe to assume they were redone sometime around the same time as the engines, or slightly after. Unless you are a brand-new electronic gadget person, the ones onboard should service you fine.

Please note: There are pictures of the boat on a trailer. The trailer is NOT INCLUDED; this is a yard trailer and does not go with the boat.

Available Service Records and a computer engine diagnosis is available, printed out and onboard for anyone who wishes to see the boat in person.

Overall, this is another great bang for your buck boat, the seller will no longer be using it and ALL REASONABLE offers will be written up and presented. Also of note: I have a Mercury dealership right next to me that would be very happy to do a mechanical inspection on your behalf, with a fully accepted offer....

Easy deal... let's get it done!

300 HOUR SERVICE ETC.

As mentioned, the boat has very light use, and is in really great shape for a 23 year old boat.  But the sellers health is not well, 2022 is the last service. The engines still have a long shelf life left, there are only 51 hours on the boat. If I were buying it I would do three things, (and they are mentioned in this description) and this boat will operate wonderfully for you for years to come... but please remember to do normal 100 hour service every 100 hours. and if you go one year without running the boat 100 hours, do the 100 hour service.

Have the 300 hour service done on the engines. It is far more extensive work than a standard 100 hour service and will run you about $1500 per engine this service will include: ALL NEW, Engine Oil, Lower Unit Lube, Oil and Fuel Filters, Thermostats, W/P kits sensors, seals, clamps, and serpentine belt. This will give you peace of mind and headache free motors.

There are 4 Batteries, they are functional, they are almost 4 years old. Good marine batteries will last 5 years (I have seen some last longer, some less) if properly maintained. Get 4 Brand New batteries these will run about $200 a piece for good marine batteries. Peace of mind.

There is a minimum of 200 gallons of fuel in this boat. polish it. This was last done in 2022, The fuel is older have  fuel service person recycle the fuel this will cost $300 to $400...

Keep these prices in mind when making your offer. The seller is older, his health is bad, he is not going to do the work done for someone else. But again, if I were buying this boat, with my money, I would rather have the work done for me, ordered by me, and done for me. Rather than being in the dark and relying on someone else having the work done.

BOAT TRAILER

As expressed twice already in the ad. This boat does not come with a trailer.

I have access and can order a brand-new Magic Tilt trailers. They will be custom made and built to fit this boat. It will be brand new; it will be custom built. They are not cheap. They require a 2-3 week Leadtime to build and deliver.

It will require a non-refundable deposit for the trailer at the time of ordering, and full payment on Delivery. I can estimate the full make and delivery for this boat will be roughly $13k. And I will get a more accurate price before ordering if this is the route you wish to go.

You are also welcome to find, order and buy a used trailer or a new trailer elsewhere if you wish.
