Details Included:
25 gallon freshwater tank for the sink
All new electrical installed. Circuit breakers are under the sink can work as plugged into short power and have generator to put on the top deck in the corner. Very quiet will run for a days. Will run the air conditioner, heater, refrigerators, and more.
New radio with Bluetooth and speakers installed by Team Nutz.
Engines receive an oil change and new spark plugs every year. All maintenance is always been done starts every time.
LED multi colored lights around the entire interior and around the top deck.

The table in the main area next to the captains chair folds out to a bed works great. In the back of the boat was specially made with real soft material so you can sleep back there as well.
Air conditioner is the perfect size. It's one year-old, very energy efficient and works very well to air-conditioning the cabin area. Great for sleeping over the boat at night. Also has a heater dehumidifier and a fan.
Two refrigerators with a freezer that works extremely well and holds a lot.
Prosecco bar that hold A lot of bottles of champagne, wine or any other items you want to keep cold.
The bathroom has a full mirror, lights, portable toilet that's full-size, window, a nice door and key that works. Also a good spot to lock anything up when you go walking around town.
Two nice storage bins under the front two seats that can hold a lot of things and stays dry
Under the seats in the front can hold a lot of things as well as well as the seats in the main cabin area
I have an oversized anchor in the front that holds the pontoon during strong winds and currents. Was expensive but worth it for safety, And was needed when docking or boating along the 3 Rivers
Have two Hand held radios with chargers that work with the Marine stations to call the locks Coast Guard, Core, engineers, Boaters, good to have for safety and communication.
All new fenders for around the entire boat for docking. Have two front fenders, allowing you to pull straight up to Docks, Walls, and stay in place while people get off and on from the front of the boat, there is a lot of new rope to hold the boat at the marina into dock through the locks. Have a new 100 foot rope to do that with.
Has a spare prop in all the tolls to change out your prop if you get into emergency, which has never happened, but you do have that as well.
The top deck has been painted with a special coating to prevent leaking. This was just done at the end of 2025
The pontoons bottoms have been painted with a special marine paint that prevents things from adhering to it and when you take it out, it comes clean very quickly. It is black and it looks good all year around.
Comes with the icemaker, which is one year old and kept very dry when not in use. Works extremely fast and is very efficient.
Has a perfect size Keurig coffee maker that fits on the boat great to have coffee in the morning.
