The Parker 1801 Center Console has incorporated a drop-in anchor locker in the restyled deck offering easy access and storage for anchor and line. Added cockpit depth provides comfort and additional safety. The large console incorporates the space needed for electronics along with necessary storage area for gear and personal items. There's seating for four provided in this spacious center console. Standard rod storage and four stainless steel rod holders along with the optional 14 gallon livewell make a fishing excursion easy and enjoyable. Weatherproof circuit breaker switch panels are standard and located inside the console to reduce exposure from the elements. Parker boats are powered by responsive Yamaha outboards.

This is a chance to get one of the nicest used Parker 18’s on the market. The owner just completed a full, used-to-new build on this Parker 1801, investing $59,000 with the expectation of fishing it for the next ten years. Now he’s been relocated to the Midwest and is regretfully parting with this gem. Since he can only ask market value ($39,995) the buyer is going to get an exceptional value as this is now a like-new boat with many upgrades not offered on today’s new Parkers.
The build began with an older (2001) Parker 1801 hull as that model featured a full foredeck (today’s Parkers have a bow locker/seat) creating more room to move around and cast in the bow. Other upgrades not available in a new factory boat are: custom hull color (Midnight Blue) and gold pinstriping and lettering; expanded console to accommodate state-of-the art electronics; custom radar arch/rod holder on console; flush fly-fishing cleats; dual battery system; hydraulic helm; swim ladder; spreader light etc.
Other features: Brand new paint and gelcoat interior and exterior. New cushions. Very low hours on newer Yamaha engine. Salt water wash down. New wiring. New switchboard.
