This is a Super Clean, Super Nice 44 Hatteras Double Cabin Motor Yacht! We believe this boat has been in West Michigan her whole life and she has had many nice updates through the years. Some of these updates are now many years old but are still looking great, Including an Imron paint job in 2000(hull/deck/aft deck), Custom Amtico flooring in both heads and forward stateroom plus newer carpet throughout, Custom Leather salon sofa, Custom aft deck wetbar with Corian top w/icemaker/refrigerator, Engine room repaint, upgraded Vacuflush head system and SO MUCH MORE!! Note: This is not the Tri cabin version, this boat offers the highly desirable double cabin floorplan, making the aft stateroom much larger. She is powered by 8V53 Detroit Diesels with 1737 hours- they are naturally aspirated so their longevity is much higher than with Turbo's. This boat has also always been kept inside heated storage in the winters. This is a really comfortable and classy boat that would make someone a beautiful floating cottage or Great Lakes cruiser.
