"Sweet Carolina" is a well kept Catalina 400. Owner lives out of area and is looking for a new Captain to take her helm. Powered by a Westerbeke 42 hp with approx 1214 hrs. She carries a 2017 standard main, with a new stackpack system and a 2023 Doyle furling jib. Raymarine has Radar/Chartplotter/Autopilot/ Knot-Depth-Wind. Hard dodger with handrails - comfort and safety ! Two cabin / two head layout with Master inline aft layout.

"Sweet Carolina" has the traditional 2 cabin / 2 head layout. Master stateroom is a large queen size IN LINE aft berth. With lockers / shelves and cabinets port and starboard. Private access to full head with separate step in shower. As you come down the companionway, you have a full galley to starboard. Adjacent to port is teh Nav Station. Long settee to port and large "U" shaped dinette to starboard. Table does lower down to convert to a midship double berth. Storage below seating and behind the back rest. Forward is a large V berth stateroom with a full "WET" head. Hanging locker and drawers for storage.
