This model is essentially identical to the Sundancer 370 which just changed model names in 2010. With her seamless hardtop, large hull windows, and sweeping sheer the Sea Ray 350/370 Sundancer strikes the right balance of innovative design and next-generation styling.
Nearly all Sundancers are built on deep-V hulls built with a solid fiberglass bottom. While Sundancers are generally known for their cutting-edge styling, the 350s especially lush cabin accommodations are a match for the most expensive European sport yachts. With 6'7" of cabin headroom and a huge mid-stateroom, the interior is that of a considerably larger boat. Extra large hullside windows give the interior an open airy feeling.
The 350s comfortable cockpit can seat a small crowd and includes a deluxe wet bar with refrigerator, teak cockpit table, power engine-room hatch, and a clever aft-facing transom seat that folds out of the lazarette and overlooks the swim platform. The bolster style helm and companion seats are a nice touch.
Sterndrive speed and fuel efficiency and the assistance of a bowthruster around the dock make it a reliable package compared to the complexities of the Axius piloting.

Power and Performance
Measuring 37 feet 6 inches in length overall with a beam of 11 feet 4 inches, the Sundancer 350 Coupe carries 214 gallons of fuel in twin saddle tanks. Our test boat, weighing approximately 20,039 pounds with fuel and three passengers aboard, was equipped with optional twin 380 horsepower Mercury 8.2-liter Mag ECTC engines paired with Bravo 3X drives. This configuration achieved a top speed of 36.8 miles per hour at 4750 rpm and an optimal cruising speed of 31 mph at 4000 rpm, where fuel consumption was 40.5 gallons per hour, yielding a range of 147 statute miles while maintaining a 10% fuel reserve. Acceleration to plane occurred in 6.8 seconds, with 20 mph reached in 11.9 seconds and 30 mph in 21.7 seconds. Handling characteristics included a somewhat elevated bow attitude at speed and a higher center of gravity, but the boat demonstrated a dry ride crossing wakes by effectively dispersing spray.
