This 2018 Regulator 23FS is an absolute stunner. She currently has 232 hours, with the first 160 hours of use being in freshwater only, which certainly explains her appearance. Her twin Yamahas were serviced at the 200-hour mark and her bottom paint/barrier coat was added just last season. The barrier coat does not extend to the transom and was put in place to ward off any Mobile Bay scum lines while in use. It is a clean paint job, in a tasteful contrasting color, and the fact that it is not applied to the transom is a bonus. She is simply outfitted, but with the right extras.
