As you step down the companionway into Water Music, you’re greeted by a bright, classic Alerion interior featuring a timeless Herreshoff-style design. White bulkheads accented with warm teak trim and a handsome teak-and-holly sole create an elegant, yet practical living space inspired by the legendary designs of Nathanael Herreshoff.
To starboard is a compact galley with a stainless-steel sink, manual freshwater pump, butane stove, and large insulated icebox that doubles as the entry step.
In the bow, the V-berth offers a comfortable double with excellent ventilation from the large Lewmar hatch overhead. Tucked under the port side is the marine head with a holding tank, which lifts for easy access. Storage is well distributed throughout—under the settees, in the galley, behind the nav station, and in the V-berth area.
Engine access is straightforward: the Yanmar diesel saildrive is located just aft of the companionway, reachable by removing panels behind the icebox/step for routine maintenance. The dual batteries and shore power with charger keep systems reliable.
Water Music has a clean, efficient layout—simple, elegant, and ideal for comfortable daysailing or short cruises.
