Known for being heavily built and superb fishing boats the Blackfin 29 Flybridge also boasts a comfortable interior making it a very appealing choice for offshore anglers and cruisers alike. Notably, the 29 features a clean and unobstructed cockpit with an easy-to-reach flybridge with seating for four. Raised engine boxes forward of the cockpit provide excellent access to the motors and double as bait-watching seats.
This particular vessel has been lovingly maintained by her current owner. The vessel has with 1997 Volvo 200 HP TAMDP-A engines (paired with ZF 45A gears - with one spare gear that goes with the vessel). At the end of the 2025 season, the port motor seized and has a cracked piston liner (it is currently out of the boat and needs a total rebuild).
On the starboard engine, the oil cooler was new in 2025, the turbo is approx 2 years old and the water and ciculation pump are approx 2 years old. The cooling system was taken apart and cleaned in 2025.
The boat has 1 3/8 inch shafts and 19X19 wheels (wheels redone in 2025).
One center tank with 210 gallon capacity and two 40 gallon wing tanks.
The Lee outriggers are approx 7 years old (good outriggers with pullies). The boat has 2 x NSSEVO3 9" displays )2021), a B6 VHF with AIS send and receive (2024), Simrad Auto Pilot (2023), AM/FM/Blue Tooth stereo, Simrad radar, Lowrance (HDS-10), and Airmar T-Hull transducer.
Prior to blowing the engine at the end of 2025, this was a canyon rigged and running vessel!
