In 1999 the Catalina 310 was introduced and won the Cruising World's Magazine "Boat of the Year Award" in its category. In 2000 Sail magazine & its readers selected the Catalina 310 as one of the top 10 sailboats. It's no wonder as Catalina has been building some of the most popular boats since the introduction of the Catalina 22 in 1969. Their philosophy has been to design boats that stand up to real world conditions and sail well. They must be comfortable above and below and easy to maintain. Their unwavering dedication to building well-designed, durable, family oriented boats has resulted in long production runs where each model is improved and refined. They grew to be the largest sailboat manufacturer in the U.S. in two facilities on each coast and sold internationally as well.
This Catalina 310 has an interior that is truly inviting and modern. The forward stateroom has a walk around double berth with standup room for changing. Just aft of the main bulkhead there's the main salon with an L-shaped dinette and table to port and a short settee/seat to starboard. Just aft to Starboard is the well-laid out L-shaped galley. Across on the port side lies the privately enclosed head with marina toilet and shower. The aft stateroom has a huge berth accessible between the companionway stairway and the galley. Her masthead rig is deck stepped. This 2004, Catalina features a winged shoal keel and spade rudder. She has always been well maintained and her condition is excellent.
