"That's Extra" is a beautiful 46 Post just listed for sale. Current owner has enjoyed her for over 20 years. She has been winter stored inside every year and her gelcoat shows it Recent updates include new refrigerator, new bonding system, Garmin chart plotter w/sounder, Swim Platform and salon TV.
Sleeps 6. Owners stateroom forward w/island bed. To port is master head w/stall shower. To starboard is guest stateroom w/upper & lower berths and entrance door to guest head w/stall shower. Salon has L shaped dinette in starboard forward corner of salon. There is an L sleeper sofa to port w/table and barrel chair. Entertainment center with TV. There is also a wet bar w/icemaker in starboard aft corner of salon.
Galley is mid level 1 step down from salon. Galley features full size refrigerator, 3 burner stove, microwave, and teak parquet flooring.
12V & 110V systems, Westerbeke 8.0kw generator w/313 hours, 50A shore power inlet w/Glendinning Cablemaster, battery charger, battery parallel system.
