Powered by a Universal 30 hp (with approx 1362 hrs), she is a FIN keel and sports the sugar scoop walk thru transom. Carrying a 2006 Pineapple Dacron full batten main, 85% and 110% furling jib. Limited electronics with Autohelm Depth and Speed.
The Catalina 34 started production in 1985, under going 4 changes to complete production in 2008 with approx 1800 hauls built in Woodland Hills, Ca. The Catalina 34 is the ideal cruiser for that weekend warrior looking for performance, crisp clean line yacht with a modern and comfortable interior.
Forward is a large V berth stateroom with ample storage and hanging locker. Moving aft you have a large settee along the port side with the aft end lending a seat for the aft facing Nav Station. A large U shape dinette sits mid ship and starboard, seathing 6 comfortably. Dinette table does lower down to convert to a double berth. Port of the companionway is a full "wet" head with sink, shower and electric head. Very handy to drop off wet foul weather gear! Adjacent to starboard is a L shaped galley and access to the aft stateroom with an athwarship double berth, bench seat and hanging locker.

The Catalina 34 is a keel stepped, mast head, single spreader rig with fore and aft lowers, forestay and backstay. The inboard shroud base leaves more room for secure footing on the non-skid deck and provides for a narrowing sheeting angle and lends to the ability to carry a large genoa. All lines led aft to cockpit to sheet stoppers.
