"Gypsy" is an immaculate and fully updated example of the highly sought after 65' Grand Alaskan Flush Deck CPMY. Built by the same Taiwan ship yard that built the Outer Reef Classic Yacht Series, this four-stateroom, three-head layout features many highly desirable features, including a full-beam master stateroom with private access, a VIP guest stateroom amidships, and a full-height engine room with easy access to all systems. During the past several years, "Gypsy" has received many upgrades and improvements, including new exhaust and sanitation hoses, new generator, new carpet and wallcoverings, and updated electronics. The main engines have been fully serviced by Caterpillar, including new aftercoolers in 2024. And the list goes on!

Boarding this 65' Grand Alaskan may be accomplished either amidships, port or starboard, through pilothouse doors, or from the cockpit via steps to the aft deck. From the cockpit, one step down leads to a large swim platform, and two steps up leads to the covered aft deck, where a table and chairs can be placed for gathering or dining. Side curtains provide shade from the sun.
From the covered aft, the main salon can be accessed. The open floor plan features custom cabinets and built-ins (to port), and a seating area that includes a couch, ottoman, and two comfortable chairs, all in leatherette fabric. More bench seating is just forward on starboard next to a large screen flat panel TV mounted in the aft starboard corner.
The adjacent galley is located to port. This large, well appointed space features a full-size French door refrigerator/freezer, double stainless sink, electric cooktop, microwave/convection/air fryer oven, dishwasher, and trash compactor system. Countertops offer large prep areas, and beautifully crafted cabinets boast an abundance of storage. Additional counter space, cabinets, and a mini fridge are located across to starboard for quick access.
Located aft to starboard, a (lighted) teak spiral staircase leads to the private Master Stateroom, which features a full-beam floor plan, a centerline Queen berth, storage cabinets throughout, hanging lockers (port and starboard), four large port windows with curtains, and two hatches with new custom mini blinds. New neutral-tone carpeting completes the decor. The ensuite head has an enclosed shower and vanity with mirror.
The large mechanical/engine room is just forward of the master stateroom, featuring stand-up headroom, access to all mechanical systems, and a workbench.
Located forward, the pilot house lower helm features L-shaped seating with an accompanying folding Hi Lo table behind the helm. On the starboard side, there is a stairwell leading up to the extensive flybridge, which has plenty of covered guest seating, two helm seats, a lounging area, grilling station, dinghy crane, and storage galore.
Back down to the lower helm pilot house area, an adjoining (lighted) forward stairwell leads to three forward guest cabins, which feature new neutral-tone carpeting. The VIP Stateroom features a centerline Queen berth and private head with shower, vanity and large mirror. The Forward Guest Stateroom features an island double berth, and has direct access to the starboard guest head, which also has a separate shower. The Port Guest Stateroom features over/under bunks and is adjacent to the starboard guest head. A separate laundry center with a full-size washer and separate dryer is situated in the forward cabin area for added convenience.
