"Destination Unknown" is one of the original Caliber 47LRC's, a boat that set a benchmark for American-made, offshore passage-making boats. These boats are strong, stable, safe and have a very sea kindly movement in rough conditions. They have large fuel and water capacity and comfortable accommodations. If you're looking for a seriously blue-water capable boat at an affordable price, then you've come to the right place.
This is a 2 cabin / 2 head configuration, with a large galley that has plenty of counter space and ample refrigeration for longer periods away from the dock. The saloon has a large fold-down dining table and very large nav desk.
Approximately 5 - 6 years ago the original furling mast developed cracks at the bottom and the owner decided to replace it with a new standard (non-furling) mast. Standing rigging and sails were also replaced, so the rig is ready for offshore work. The boat is set up to be a cutter rig with self-tacking staysail, the babystay and self-tacking track are installed and the stay sail is in inventory but not rigged up currently.
Nav electronics auto pilot and radar are mostly Raymarine and are older models, but as you'll see in one of my videos everything appears to be working properly.
Her 75hp Yanmar has 4962 hours on it but has been well-maintained and runs great. These engines are capable of 10's of thousands of hours service.
There is a Northern Lights generator onboard that cranks up and runs but stalls out, owner is working on having that repaired.
Caliber 47LRC's usually pull in well North of $200,000 and over $300k with updated electronics, etc. This boat is priced to sell fast, so don't hesitate to reach out with questions and to schedule a day to see her in person.

From Good Ol Boat website:
The Caliber 47 LRC (Long Range Cruiser) is an exceptional American bluewater cruising cutter designed by Michael McCreary. Built by Caliber Yachts in Clearwater, Florida, from 1999 to around 2004, approximately 20–30 hulls were produced, making it a limited-production gem in the lineup. It evolves the Caliber 40/41 with greater volume, enhanced tankage for extended autonomy, a deep skeg-hung rudder for superior tracking, and a protected center cockpit, all in a robust hand-laid fiberglass hull (Divinycell-cored deck for lightweight strength). Celebrated for its unmatched seaworthiness, dry and stable motion in 20–30 knots, and luxurious liveaboard accommodations, it's a top choice for couples or small families on circumnavigations or coastal explorations, with many owners reporting transoceanic voyages.
