PATRIOT is in excellent condition and has an innovative layout providing open, bright and well-ventilated accommodations with great storage and comfort. This model has the "beavertail" fin bulb keel providing a shallower draft vessel with excellent stability and an elliptical rudder committed to control. She has great performance on all points of sail. She was designed with offshore sailing in mind and the interior teak cabinetry and trim is done with the highest level of craftmanship.

Anchor locker forward followed by a V berth with enclosed head with shower to port and drawers and hanging locker to starboard.
Next aft is the salon which features a settee/berth and aft facing nav station to port, a centerline fold-out dinette table and a settee to starboard. Ample storage outboard and above both settees.
A very functional galley is to starboard of the companionway. The engine is located under the companionway steps and to port of the steps is a double quarter berth.
The interior is beautifully crafted in teak and is kept light and airy with two deck dorades, three deck hatches and eight stainless steel opening ports.
