This is a nice fresh water sailed Catalina 27 is here in our yard, and available for viewing. It has been well maintained, and has many upgrades including 2009 Main, 2011 Genoa, Harken traveler, Harken Roller furling, with other upgrades and regular improvements and replacements.
The Catalina 27 is truly one of the best starter boats ever built. The Catalina formula, start with a roomy comfortable cockpit, add a great interior layout good for weekending, toss in very good performance, and you end up with a GREAT sailboat.
