INTRODUCTION:
ILLEGAL is a stunning and one of a kind example of the Wallypower 52. Built for an experienced yachtsman and long time Hinckley owner, she was designed to be a fast and elegant yacht for day trips with friends and family on the Maine coast with accommodations for a couple or small family below. A combination of cutting edge technology, modern Italian styling and exquisite craftsmanship result in a unique yacht unlike any other. The owners experience with Hinckley Picnic Boats and their waterjet propulsion systems in Maine waters led to the addition of waterjet propulsion on Illegal, resulting in a shallow draft with no running gear on the bottom and incredible maneuverability around the docks
Her carbon fiber construction and advanced hull design result in a safe, fast ride and her layout and design provide comfortable seating both in the protection of the pilothouse and in the generous bow seating area that can convert to a sun lounge. Down below, additional seating coverts to a berth with a head with separate shower stall. A simple, galley up pilothouse designs is equally useful for entertaining or cruising.
Illegal has been maintained and improved since new by Hinckley Yacht Services in Southwest Harbor, Maine and is only available due to the owner taking delivery of a larger yacht. Currently stored inside a heated building, she just needs to be commissioned and put in the water to enjoy.

DECK:
The wide, open deck with the open transom design provides easy stern boarding and plenty of room for guest with good access to the foredeck area as well as into the pilothouse and below

- Recessed cleats in top of bulwark in bow, stern and midships

- Large forepeak area accessed through forward hatch in bow seating with access to chain locker and bow thruster

- Large lazarette flush hatch opens for access to aft end of engine room

- Drop doors in coamings aft provide access to shore power inlet, hot/cold fresh water deck shower, emergency manual bilge pump and plug for remote jet control system
ACCOMMODATIONS:
ILLEGAL's most impressive space is the pilothouse with its galley up design and large glass enclosure providing excellent visibility and protection from the elements with a removable Eisenglass aft curtain. A simple galley is located to port with seating and the helm station opposite and a companionway forward leads to the main cabin with attached head and shower.
