This is a very nice sailing vessel with very light use, new bottom paint and freshly detailed. Seller is the original owner and he is unable to sail any longer. Hence it is now on the market.
Com-Pac is well known for it's strong construction each boat is somewhat sei-custom made. his one was ordered and made at the factory. She features a full keel and a draft of only 3'6". The keel is also integrated with the hull.. no bolt on here.
The engine is a Yanmar 3YM20 one of the more fuel efficient and stronger running diesels made. All in all this is a great bat with a great build and all the necessary tools for enjoyment.
