Looking for a Compact Cruiser with Twin Engines and wonderful amenities in a package under 30 Feet? Take a close look at this 2004 Cruisers Yachts 280 CXi. It all starts with the boats incredible 10 foot beam, it adds so much room throughout the boat and is noticeable in the cockpit and very noticeable in the cabin. From first glance the boat has great curb appeal, the blue hull with blue canvas gives the boat a good look! Step on board and the extended platform makes boarding easy (this does make the LOA 31'). Step into the cockpit and the room and cleanliness is noteworthy, the seating is spaciousness and the upholstery is is very nice condition. Step forward and the elevated double wide helm seat gives the captain a great view all around the boat, molded in steps take you to the walk through windshield, making getting to the bow easy and safe. The helm is very attractive, you will find everything you need close and easy to access, your VHF radio is to the right side of the wheel, spotlight controls and Raymarine 5" A Series GPS are just to the left side of the wheel. Switches are well labeled and pop out breakers are located on the dash for easy a reset if needed.
Step inside the cabin and this is where the Cruisers 280 CXi sets its self apart from other 28 foot boats, the space is more comparable to many 30+ foot boats on the market. The headroom along with the fit, finish and attention to detail should impress! The side dinette is spacious and the solid wood table gives it a impressive look. Snap on carpet protectors will keep the floor looking clean and the storage throughout the interior is impressive. The forward berth is surprisingly roomy for a boat this size and the galley is compact yet has everything you need for a overnight stay! I think one of the most impressive areas of the boat is the way Cruisers designed the mid cabin, it is exceptionally spacious for a boat this size, it's very open and does not have a claustrophobic feel like many compact cruisers have. The head compartment is equally impressive with a solid fiberglass liner for easy cleaning, nice counter space and has electric flush. Overall the interior of this Cruisers Should Impress!
