All three hulls, the deck, and structural interior components are built using hand-laid fiberglass combined with Divinycell closed-cell foam core sandwich construction. Hull and deck are finished in white gelcoat, with non-skid surfaces also in white gelcoat.

The boat features an epoxy rudder and vinylester centerboard with an automatic kick-up system and cockpit-led downhaul. Epoxy primer and antifouling are applied to all three hulls, rudder, and centerboard (color of choice).

Each hull includes a forward collision bulkhead. The design incorporates curved GRP wings and two composite structural bulkheads in tempered vinylester. Additional bulkheads and interior panels are constructed in plywood with ash laminate, complemented by solid ash trim around the table and galley.
