Cannes, France — 8 September 2026 · world premiere at the Cannes Yachting Festival.
A 12.80-metre (42 ft) gozzo that takes the Sorrento type somewhere sportier and more contemporary, without giving up its character.
The gozzo, brought forward
The Gozzo 42 completes the range and marks an evolution in the shipyard’s aesthetic style. The hull, deckhouse and windows have been completely redrawn to give the silhouette greater dynamism. The family feeling that makes the Gozzo line recognisable internationally is kept.
Shaft line or pods, the same hull
The variable-geometry hull with skegs takes either a traditional in-line shaft drive or a Volvo Penta IPS system. Apreamare gives both packages separately: 27 knots maximum on shafts against 30 on IPS, and 205 nautical miles of range against 242.

Drawn by three hands
Design and styling come from Cataldo Aprea and Marco Casali of Too Design, with naval architecture by Umberto Tagliavini of Marine Design. All three worked with the shipyard’s in-house Technical Department.
