Extremely desirable cruising multihull! Tony Smith built this one for himself and took to the Bahamas. (His pencil annotations are still inside the hull). The engine has less than 1000 hours, receives routine maintenance and runs well. Outdrive was totally rebuilt 2023. JJ's Way has spent the past 12 years cruising coastal New England, alternating winters in the water and on the hard. In the water in 2024. New steering helm and cables in 2025. New running rigging (partial) in 2025. Hull and bottom done and she is ready to go.
Owner is taking some time away but JJ's Way has a lot of cruising left in her.

A large Queen-sized berth is located just starboard of the center line forward. This is a completely private cabin with excellent cabinetry and stowage. Two twin cabins are located aft for guests. The salon settee provides great entertaining and seating space for 6 with four cabin fans, cabin & reading lights. Built in cabinetry & drawers

The engine is a Westerbeke 27 horsepower, Model 30B. The 27-hp diesel is linked to a sonic outdrive leg and provides excellent fuel economy and battery charging from the 55-amp alternator.

The galley is outfitted with all of the amenities seasoned cruisers want. There's a double-sided galley that includes a 4-cu. ft. front loading reefer and a Voyager 2500 LP stove and oven. There's also plenty of smartly designed storage in each area of the boat that makes for an uncluttered cabin. Large reefer smartly installed aft in salon. A convertible dining table that easily seats 6 or 8 is handy and is two steps down to the hulls that keeps everyone at the same level. 6' average headroom throughout.
