The ARCTIC LOON was made by Puget Sound Boat Works and is a molded fiberglass trawler/troller with a raked, flared bow, vertical topsides, canoe stern and round full keel bottom. An unfinished upper flybridge deck gives a clean slate for creativity. The main deck is arranged with flush fore and side decks, deckhouse and recessed cockpit. Propulsion is provided
by a single Yanmar inboard diesel marine engine.
The interior spaces are arranged with a stepped down deck forward, containing a v-berth, and up level main area with a pilot station and galley on port and settee and head on starboard. The pilot station is fixtured with vessel control, navigation and communication equipment presented to a single swiveling chair. The galley is equipped with a diesel fired stove, sink/fixture, and refrigerator.
