- 3 Zone Marine Cruiseair air-conditioning with electronic controls (12k Fwd, 16k Salon, &10K BTUs); 2 air conditioners recently replaced in 2014).
- 12 Gallon Raritan 120V hot water heater also circulates through main engines.
VESSEL WALKTHROUGH:
Galley-up configuration with the rare third stateroom amidship. Forward and down three steps is the large vee berth with a vanity table to port and hanging locker starboard. Amidship and to port is a guest stateroom with head and stall shower opposite to starboard. The main salon is up three steps and includes the lower helm, galley, bar and L-shaped dinette. The full beam master stateroom is aft, down three steps, and features a centerline queen berth, split head and shower, vanity/desk and almost limitless storage.
ACCOMMODATIONS:
- Comfortably sleeps 6 owners and guests in 3 staterooms with 2 heads.
- The forward guest stateroom features a large vee berth with an overhead hatch for ventilation and a separate air conditioner.
- The second guest cabin includes a large single berth and offers accommodations rarely found and often desired in a 42' yacht.
- The cabin can be converted easily to serve as an office or other utility function.
- The master stateroom is one of the largest to be found in any 42 ft. yacht.

- Forward of the dinette and aft of the entry door is a custom built cabinet for a fridge or microwave.

GALLEY:
- Three burner Princess electric stove and oven with covering board.

- S/S sink with hot and cold pressure water, soap dispenser, and separate drinking water faucet.
- Grunert cold plate refrigerator is located under the galley counter and is finished with a solid teak door.
- Grunert freezer is also an under counter unit.
- Everpure Fresh Water Filter for Icemaker and Galley Drinking Water Faucet.
- Stand alone Galanz refrigerator for extra cold storage.
- Custom drop down dishware lockers concealed in the galley overhead.
MASTER STATEROOM:
- The master stateroom is aft and down three steps.
- There is a centerline queen berth flanked with built-in end tables, port and starboard.
- Storage abounds in teak cabinetry that includes top-loading lockers under the steps and a vanity/desk aft and to port.
- There are also full width bookshelves aft and overhead.
- Opening ports on all three exterior bulkheads are screened and fitted with shades.
