During the 70s-90s the sailboats designed by Bruce King, and built by Ericson Yachts, have been some of the most respected for their quality of design and build, as well as their reputation on the regatta circuits.
Southa Ten has a beautiful teak interior Teak and holly sole, reverse cycle AC, newly covered cushions, large heard with separate shower, Furuno radar, Garmin chatplotter, Raymarine auto pilot and nav instruments. Lots of sails including spinnaker w/sock, and fully battened main. Repowered in 2005 with Universal 25hp diesel, low hours. With only 4'11" draft, it is great for the Bay and Gulf Coast skinny waters. This club racer has been meticulously maintained. Many recent upgrades including: New transmission 2023, new cutlass barring, new bottom paint 2023 and cockpit sole 2023. and new composting toilet A lot of boat for the money.
