Summary
Dulcinea is a well-cared for classic entry level trawler. She has been carefully cared for and refit with new engine, electronics, interior soft goods, windows, paint, and more. No expense has been spared, and pride of ownership shows throughout. She is exceptionally seaworthy and ready to cruise.
Salon

Access to Dulcinea into the salon is via an aft door. Three steps down and you will find an L-shaped setee to starboard with Ultra-Leather cushions (new 2019) and under seat storage. There is a removable Table for dining in the salon.

To port across from the settee is the galley, aft of the salon near the entry there is a wet head to starboard. All the windows, including bronze port hole window are newer (2017).

Galley

The Galley is located on the port side of the salon. there is ample counter space including a removable cutting board that is fitted on the stove top. The propane oven/ stove is new and has been lightly used by current owner (stovetop only). There is a cold plate refrigeration unit (inoperative at time of listing-needs compressor), a microwave oven, and single bowl sink (It was reported at time of listing the water heater is inoperative) There is a 110-volt outlet at the end of the galley counter forward. There is also under counter storage and drawers for cutlery, cookware and personal items.

Bathroom

There is one bathroom on Dulcinea located on the aft salon area to starboard side.

The bathroom has a newer (2017) Vacu-flush head system with all newer hoses and holding tank. The head is a wet head and also has ample storage space with under sink cabinet.

Pilot House

The Pilot house on Dulcinea is really well laid out and all upgraded. Sightlines for underway are excellent as you look through all the new windows (2017). The steering system has been upgraded to hydraulic (2018). The Morse controls are smooth to communicate with the newer Cummins engine. All instrumentation was replaced with the newer Cummins engine.

The Electronics are all recent (2018) with a full NEMA 2000 Garmin system, New (2018) VHF radio, and new (2018) Ultra- leather bench seating.

All driving and helm controls are to starboard. To port are built in cabinets.

She combines classic lines with modern upgrades to cruise in unique style.

Forward berth

Dulcinea offers a single forward berth. It is a V-berth with a removable center cushion. There are deep drawer storage shelves and hanging lockers on both port and starboard sides.

Both sides offer reading lamps and there is an overhead hatch for ventilation along with new windows on the sides.

She offers ample room and storage for the cruising couple.

Engine room

The engine room is immaculate showing a properly cared for vessel. The Cummins 4B 3.3 65 HP naturally aspirated engine was installed by the previous owner (2017) and shows 857 hours on the meter at time of listing. Recent upgrades from current owner are a new Balmar 7 series high output alternator (2018) and Racor 75500 MAX fuel filter/water separator system (2018). Transmission is a PRM 260 Marine transmission.

The bridge has an older operable vhf and an older Garmin small chart plotter (inoperable)

Fly Bridge deck

Dulcinea offers a fly bridge area with separate helm controls and redundant gauges (new 2017). Sight lines are excellent from the bench seating. There is a Bimini top that can be used for sun protection. There is an operable VHF radio, but the older Garmin chart plotter is inoperative on the bridge.

Exterior deck surfaces

The foredeck is non skid fiberglass with excellent access to the ground tackle ( Rocna anchor). Side decks on both sides are wide with hand holds/rails as needed for safe passage. The aft deck offers newer (2018) custom seating.
