BROKERS WALK THRU

She is Solid, runs well, sails well, and comes with many new features... Looking for an older sailboat that are built with heavy fiberglass and crush waves like tanks? This may be the right fit for you!

This is a nice boat and very desirable. Built to cross seas she is built rugged for what the blue and green waters can bring you. She is designed by Ted Brewer and built in Fort Myers in 1980. The topsides were walked around several times and she is solid as a rock. The engine was fully rebuilt in 2022 and runs like a charm; the well-made and highly desirable Ford Lehman can probably be used another 40 years if properly cared for.

Seller purchased this boat in 2023 and brought it down to Florida with his brother. They had a remarkable trip and she now has a home dock in Venice, Fl. He paid more than the current asking price for the boat, but he knows he probably over paid a little bit and is not looking to make a profit. So I will write up any reasonable offers.

This is a center cockpit and a rare sloop design, most were made as ketch's and oddly enough most sailors prefer the sloop build as many can see in the 44 Brewers built after 1987. She has a full keel and a keel stepped mast, she is solid and built to go just about anywhere. If this is your dream, come make it a reality. Contact us today.
