This sailboat was built in Jacksonville, Florida. Designed as a sea-going cutter, with a displacement of 30,000 lbs. The over-all length is 44 ft. with a beam of 13'6". This boat was especially designed for both deep sea travels, and shallow draft waters. The normal draft with centerboard down is 7' 6". When in shallow waters and the centerboard is up, the draft is then. 4' 6". This vessel is great for Island hopping.
Recently, the owner died suddenly before he could complete the necessary repairs and up-grades that he had planned. The family who live out of state have decided to reduce the price drastically in order to attract a buyer who has the ability and knowhow to complete the work needed.
