The current owner states that all electrical, mechanical and plumbing systems work well. The AC works well. Newer water heater was installed fairly recently There is only one known issue with the windlass anchor. It seems the anchor motor is working but will not raise or lower the anchor. It may be a clutch issue, but at this time, it is unknown.
