2005 Twin Anchors 75 'X 16' houseboat "Caspian", at Antelope Point Marina.

This boat was custom built and delivered new to Lake Powell in 2005.

The Trip #9 dates for 2025 are July 31 - August 9. This is a 9 day share. The annual dues are $1,990.00 with a turnaround fee of $1,480.00

Twin Mercruiser engines an stern-drives with less than 400 hours each.

The gen set only has a 2000 hours.

Solar panels have been installed and tied to the inverter to keep the batteries charged and to also help run the electronics when out camping.

The water system has been upgraded to a Pura UV system giving you an endless supply of water.

A hot tub on the top deck for those relaxing evenings on the boat.

The interior has 4 staterooms with queen beds and another stateroom with 4 bunks. Two bathrooms and lots of living area are another great feature to this custom built boat.
