This is the definition of "Pride in ownership". Simply the nicest Tolly you will find. This award winning vessel is moored undercover at the Port of Edmonds with a 6 month sub-lease option available to the buyer. Brightwork and finishes are extremely well maintained. Stepping aboard the large swim platform, the full size transom door greets you with a massive cockpit with large amounts of Lazarette storage and deck space. The hull has been extended to the full extension of the swim platform providing a better ride and extra storage below the water tight hatches on the swim platform. Entry is gained by custom doors at the cockpit aft cabin entrance, port side entrance to the main salon or a starboard entrance to the main salon. Well cared for soft goods throughout make this vessel stand out from the rest. The aft cabin is very spacious with a full head and separate shower stall. Moving forward, through the salon and galley a V-berth stateroom with hanging locker, cabinets and ensuite head. On the flybridge, a full helm station with two captains chairs, full electronics and great looking bimini top. On the aft is a SeaWise davit system tender with O/B, running lights and electronics.
