06/05/2024. Boat has just been fully serviced. Items serviced include both engines, the cooling systems and replacement of the anodes. As well, the air conditioning systems have been serviced Service records available

1999 Tiara 4000 boat is recently for sale with a great list of upgrades over the last 36 months. Biggest addition was a bow thruster installed in 2022. Boat presents a lot of room below for living quarters, as well as a comfortable cockpit and deck for enjoyment on the water.

BOW THRUSTER installed 2022

Remove/REPLACE Bimini - hurricane Ian ripped it up on 9/30/22.   

Foam bed cover mid cabin

Replaced wire on engine exhausts and other grounding wires.

Came back to replace (rudder grounding) and bonding plate on 8/28/22. ✭   

Full A/C Blowout Service and checkup. on 8/11/22.

Out again on 8/23/22 to fix blocked elbow next to fwd ac.

Also fixed loose wire on fan. Both units checked and are in excellent condition. 8/11/22

Fill/Bleed power steering 3/22 bleeder valve was left open previously.

Bottom paint - 3/7/22

New Sea chest pump, replace all aft hoses, run PEX pipe from forward head to sea chest.

Volume control for Bose center speaker. New center channel speaker.   

Replace aft bilge float switch   

Head vacuum leak repaired.   

Purchased and installed Sideshift bow thruster, 24v charger and batteries.   

Replaced deck discharge hoses mid Port rear.   

Covers for four fenders.   

Replaced rear Clarion speakers.   

Replaced pump and float switch in aft water box   

Installed reinforced suction hose for wash down pump.   

Wax hull.   

Replaced KUS 17 inch water level sending unit under dinette.   

Replaced 11574-4 pump. Pump out swim platform.   

Clarion speakers replaced front speakers   

Wifi water sensors install - fwd and aft.   

Purchased 50a extension cord   

Cabin temperature monitor setup ✭   

Replaced all forward stateroom cabinet hinges   

Replaced aft pump and float.   

Replaced house batteries and switch.

Replaced battery charger. Replaced cranking batteries (3)   

Replaced starboard cutlass bearing.   

Sealed depth sounder.   

Bose = Repaired subwoofer.   

Replaced slave solenoid on Starboard engine.   

Pin strip removal by hand.   

Helm air-conditioning blow out.   

New Anchor.

Light Ash interior wood
