"Yacht View" is a turn key, completely maintained and like new, quality Tiara 38LS. She is the perfect size for day trips with all of your family or overnights with the incredibly comfortable cabin with mattress and air conditioning!! I've been a yacht broker since 1988 and have owned many special yachts over the years! This boat is one truly exceptionally fun boat to experience the water with your partner, family and friends.
Her triple 400hp Mercury 4 stroke Verado outboards w/210 hours use, are so well engineered that you feel like your being pushed by jet engines! They are smooth, quiet and powerful! (I purchased a 2 year extended Platinum Mercury warranty that is transferrable to our next owner until 12/9/2025!). Her joystick is a seamless docking tool and there is even a bow thruster to assist if you want to drive with just her gear shifts! She features a Sea-Keeper gyro stabilizer (just serviced 9/15/2024) along with a Kohler diesel generator to operate her stabilizing system and helm and cabin Air Conditioning or heat while under way. Motion sickness and roll eliminated!
"Yacht View" has a comfortable double bed mattress below and a beautifully outfitted head with shower below that includes air conditioning and a Digital antenna TV that can also be brought outside to enjoy in her 360' aft lounge seating area! I also added 2 rod holder/drink holders to this area to enjoy some trolling when in the mood to fish and rod holders in the lower storage area to keep your 4 rods from the weather!
Her 3 captain's chair helm seating, features Air conditioning and heat for your comfort under way as well as 2 large Garmin screens for data, GPS and many other needed navigation tools. Her Bluetooth stereo is powered by 2 amps and has amazing sound with separate controls in the bow area, the control helm area and below decks. Her bow seating area has a sun tarp to shade guests from the sun at anchor as her aft deck also has a powered sun awning to cover your guests from the sun!
Also her aft deck area has an electric BBQ grill, sink with hot and cold water and a pull out 12V deep fridge. Forward by the helm chairs is an Icemaker! Lastly there are LED tube lights to add a nighttime accent as well as underwater transom lighting that makes this yacht POP!
