Viewings will include touring the vessel, making visual inspections of hull and engines. Sea trials are not permitted. Engine cowlings may be removed for visual inspection of engines. Visitors must be escorted. The maximum number of on-board visitors is limited to 3 persons at any time.
Each visitor is required to deliver the following items in advance:
· Full name and photo identification
· Completed Visitor Waiver and Acknowledgement
AUCTION DETAILS, BID PROCESS & PAYMENT REQUIREMENTS:
2001 Thompson 3400 Santa Cruz will be sold by live online auction. The auction opens on August 19, 2025, 9:00AM ET and ends August 19, 2025, 4:00PM ET. The vessel is sold "as is, where is" in its current location. Auction bids will be accepted in accordance with court documents and seller's sole discretion.
US $2,000.00 bid deposit, to be held in escrow. Deposit will be refunded to unsuccessful bidders. Deposits must be returned to the same account as the inbound wire.
Upon sale confirmation notification to the high bidder and within five business days, successful bidder shall deliver the unpaid purchase price (the successful bid amount less bid deposit) by wire transfer to designated account. Failure to remit the unpaid purchase price, in accordance with the timing described herein, will result in forfeiture of successful bidder's escrowed bid deposit
Within one business day of delivering the remainder of the purchase price, the sale shall be closed, and the successful bidder will take delivery of the vessel.
