At Last... is an absolute beast of a boat. This Tayana 55 boasts a beautiful old growth teak interior with two cabins, a centerline aft berth, two heads both with separate showers, and tons of storage. Her engine room features a 135 HP Perkins 4-135 and a Westerbeke 8KW generator and is a mechanical chamber of wonders!
This boat began its life with a home port of San Diego and spent much of its time cruising the Pacific northwest. At Last... then sailed to Florida and the Bahamas and between 2011 and 2017 had some significant refit work done. Records reflect that Hinkley Marine professionally removed the teak decks and repaired fiberglass after removal. There are limited records of the electrical refit, but the entire panel and wiring is modern and not original. The chain plates have also been replaced, and the old chain plates are still in the owner's possession.
The current owners have sailed her primarily along the southeast coast of the US and love the boat dearly but must sell due to unforeseen circumstances ashore.
This heavy displacement cruiser will take you anywhere you choose, get you there safely, and in comfort. And every time you arrive, it will be At Last...
