Designed by Robert Perry, VOYAGER , hull # 173 was built in 1988 by Ta Shing in Taiwan. She is a true blue water cruising yacht utilizing a full keel with cut away forefoot with the rudder hung aft of the keel in connection with a mast head marconi cutter rig. Pride sails. The engine power is a yanmar 4JH-TE 55 hp with an estimated 2765 hours logged from 1993 thru the spring of 2020 . Mounted above the yanmar is a westerbeke diesel generator. Current owner has been sailing VOYAGER every summer since 2021.
Repair was made to starboard bow in 2020. Call with any questions. She is in good overall condition. She has been sailing every summer in Rhode Island sound and is currently in winter storage. Scheduled for launching in late may and will be comissioned and ready to sail again for the 2026 sesaon.
