Candy World construction began in 1978 and the first Coast Guard certificate was issued in June of 1979. The vessel worked for approximately 10 years. It was then stored until 1994 when it began yacht conversion. A new build certificate was issued from the US Coast Guard in 2000 because the 90% threshold of all new was met.

Candy World features two en-suite VIP staterooms and one Master stateroom en-suite, large galley and dinette area, main salon with full bar, formal dining area, massive flybridge with jacuzzi, bar and sun pad.
