This boat has had excellent maintenance and all records are available to a prospective purchaser. This luxurious yacht features exotic Bird's Eye Maple woodwork throughout. It is very unique compared with other boats it's type and style due to the two stateroom (both master and guest staterooms feature queen double berths!) and two head layout. Add to this an electrically operated TNT dinghy lift mounted on the transom. INTERIOR: The exotic Bird's Eye Maple woodwork is in overall very good condition, and it adds class and charm to a vessel already oozing sex appeal from every pore. Two air conditioning units with reverse cycle heat handle the climate control throughout the yacht. The master stateroom is forward, with a huge master bed, private head access, and closet/storage space galore. The salon features a convertible dinette upholstered in beige faux leather, and a Bird's Eye Maple dinette table. The galley to port is larger than most, and has all the storage and cabinet space one could need for extended trips from port, and is equipped with all your usual appliances such as a microwave, hot & cold water sink, two burner electric stove, and refrigerator/freezer. The galley is cleaverly hidden beneath opening Bird's Eye Maple lids, converting the galley more into a bar/service area for when entertaining. Going aft to starboard leads you to the private VIP stateroom with a huge queen bed, private head, hanging locker, and additional storage compartments. EXTERIOR: This yacht's layout can scream 'let's party!' for a day out with friends, yet it can also whisper 'sweet nothings' on an intimate evening for two...with seating for about 10 people, and a sun deck for 4, this boat can do it all. A foredeck sunpad finishes off the sun worshipper's needs. Mounted on the transom is a custom TNT life with all new electric motors (the dinghy is not included in the asking price, but can possibly be negotiated for with an offer). A wetbar, icemaker, and cockpit shower are also included for your convenience. Visibility from the helm is excellent, and the entire cockpit and aft deck are enclosed. ELECTRONICS: With a full array of quality electronics, this yacht is ready to cruise the out islands. Included is a Richie compass, Robertson autopilot, Furuno radar, Icom VHF radio, a digital depth finder, and a new Raytheon GPS/chart plotter.

ENGINE: Twin 435 HP Caterpillars with only 1000 original hours provide a fast cruise speed of 27 knots. A new generator was also recently installed.
