Both of the Caterpillar 3126s are experiencing blow-by. From a Certified CAT Technician, he believes the rings have attached themselves to the pistons from lack of turning over.� It is recommended to remove all injectors and put Mystery Oil and let it sink in to loosen them up. If doesnâ��t work, an overhaul will be needed.
Both engines run smoothly! No overheating, both turbos spool to max PSI. Boat gets on plane. Generator has low hours; Engines have low hours.� This was a project boat. Itâ��s halfway there. The owner ran out of time to continue with the boat and has moved out of state.
