"Ginnie Mae" is owned by a conscientious owner. An absolute sweetheart for someone looking for a small pocket trawler, single diesel, one stateroom with conversion capabilities, and ability to cruise economically. She just had a complete new exterior paint job so she is sharp looking.
This Sundowner 30 Tug was well cared for by her past owners. She has lived under cover slip in fresh water for years, and moved to our sales dock in Alameda to make her easy to view.
She offers a V-berth forward, elevated pilothouse with side doors to decks, and galley is same level as salon. The setttee converts to sleeping berth, and the cockpit has a bimini top for sun protection. She is powered with a single Perkins diesel engine and has a full compliment of navigational equipment.
