Located on Lake Keowee in Seneca, South Carolina, this freshwater 1987 Sumerset Stardust 70 Houseboat is sure to please!
There are two good-sized bedrooms with ceiling fans, and one large bathroom. The large living room has leather furniture and a TV. The kitchen features marble countertops, a newer full-size refrigerator and microwave (replaced in 2023), and gorgeous cabinets. Another bonus is the stacked washer and dryer, and there are tongue-and-groove pine ceilings. The water heater was replaced in 2025.
Enjoy the views from the front deck and a full upper deck that has two sets of tables and chairs. There's also a spiral staircase and a gas grill.
Powered by twin Volvo Penta 5.7L engines, one has 445 hours, and the other has 307. Both the lower and upper helms are fully functional.
The seller recently had the top replaced, along with two canvas tops and the console cover.
