Looking for a Houseboat? Look no further! This spacious Somerset Crusiers 70 X 16 Houseboat is built on an Aluminum Hull and is powered by 2 Volvo Penta 210hp engines that are in good running condition.
Everything works - as shown in the video and photos - many appliances have been updated and are residential units - refrigerator, stove, clothes washer & dryer, and there have been significant upgrades to both bathrooms - SeaFresh toilets in both - will work with both lake water and freshwater - the master bathroom shower was redone and is a great addition to the luxurious feel of this home on the water, plus high-quality carpet throughout!
Hot water is never an issue with two 12-gallon water heater units available to run showers, wash clothes, or use in the kitchen.
The owners upgraded the house battery system with a 3000-watt inverter powered by 4 100AH SLA batteries in 2021 - so they are maintenance-free!
The exterior was painted in 2022 and new striping at the same time as well as the upper deck. The party canvas canopy up top was replaced with an aluminum canopy in 2021.
This Houseboat is equipped with upper and lower helms and there is a 3000-watt sound system up top and a separate sound system in the living area. There are TVs in the Living area, all bedrooms, and on the upper party deck.
This houseboat is Handicap Accessible - on the interior.
