This 1998 86' by 18' Sumerset Houseboat has a slip that can convey at Crosswater Yacht Club on beautiful Lake Travis on the South Shore in Lakeway Texas. This vessel has twin 5.7LX EFI 260hp Mercruiser Marine engines with Bravo 2 outdrives with low hours (less than 300 hours on engines. The Westerbeke Generator 20.0BEG also powers bow and aft thrusters. The controls are Microcommander at the upper and lower helms. There are three staterooms and one master bedroom with two full heads, one is in the master bedroom. There is a full galley with full size appliances and a washer dryer stack in the master. The large upper deck features a great bar area and huge sunbrella/ aluminum top. This is a well maintained boat that has been with second buyer since 2003. Boat was delivered to the lake new.
This boat is docked at the Marina of the Year 2020 for the state of Texas, Crosswater Yacht Club. the slip is 80' by22' and features gated access to a private patio (16' by 25') for this boat, another Summerset houseboat (also available on our dealer page) and either one or both of two Cobalts with slips and hoist are also first right of refusal.
