1980’s Bought in Everett Marina by Terry Ligget

• Renamed Woodrow
• Restored in Seattle area by Pat ford (Seattle boatwright)
• Rebuilt wheelhouse (added 3rd side windows to wheelhouse)
• Stripped paint off superstructure and re-varnished
• Replaced portions of the decks, finished bright work, re-fastened planks

Mid 1980’s-2000 :Owned by Bill Pentland in Seattle

• Replaced Grey Marine engine with Chrysler Nissan engine
• Re-planked starboard side at waterline
• Replaced worm shoe
• Repaired 22 frames

2000-2010: Owned by Larry Benson

• Berthed at Stimson Marina in Seattle
• Re-powered with John Deere turbo diesel

2010 to Present: Owned by Scott  Andrews

• Trucked from Seattle to Napa Marina March 2010
• Hauled out in late 2011 for major refit at Rutherford’s Boat Shop in Richmond, CA (Jeff Rutherford is a widely respected wooden boat restorer who has led the restoration of numerous yachts, large and small)
• Replaced the shaft log and horn timber
• Re-planked the garboards from aft the mid-ship
• Repowered with the current Yanmar diesel
• Fabricated custom teak instrument panel using Yanmar gauges
• Fabricated and replaced the fuel tank
• Fabricated and installed stainless steel exhaust riser and full exhaust system
• Replaced the shaft tube
• Replaced floor timbers from mid-ship back
• Rebuilt the transom framing
• Replace the transom with teak
• Fabricated and installed aft canopy (teak sides, varnished white oak ribs, ply and fiberglass top)
• Replaced the steering system (from chain to cable and sheaves)
• Rebuilt the tiller framing
• Rebuilt the entire wheelhouse sole
• Replaced entire electrical system
• Refinished the cabin overhead
• Replaced the galley lockers
• Fabricated cabin shelves (each side)
• Replaced cabin sole with teak
• Fabricated teak banquette bunks (tables rise to become seating for four, and can be lowered to form two bunks)
• Refinished the cabin interior

Additional work done between 2012 and Present:

• Rebuilt the head, including installing Purasan Treatment system
• Installed fresh water tank for toilet
• Installed reverse osmosis drinking water system (head and galley)
• Restored the wheelhouse overhead
• Rebuilt all wheelhouse furniture and engine cover
• Planked cowl in teak
• Planked wheelhouse sole in teak
• Replaced wood grab rails with bronze
• Refinished wheelhouse interior (2022 Melgoza’s)
• Repainted hull (2018 Delta Boat Works)
• Refinished exterior brightwork (2014, 2017, 2022 Melgoza’s)

Moved from Napa Marina to Petaluma Marina 2011

Moved from Petaluma Marina to current covered slip at Oxbow marina in Isleton 2015

Hauled July 2024 at Delta Boat Works. Cleaned bottom and refreshed bottom paint, replaced anodes (aluminum), re-caulked garboard seam (starboard side),performed 6 year insurance survey, addressed survey issues (removed pitch leveling in bilges, addressed potential soft wood at sink drain thru-hull (above waterline)
