This is for ownership for the first trip of the season Trip #20, which usually falls mid to the end of May but you are always back before the crazy of Memorial Day Weekend. Board Wed night at 6pm and leave Thursday early and return the following Wed. This year's dates are 05/15 - 05/21, 2025. The weather has been gorgeous each year and the lake is not super busy. Kick off your summer with a week on Lake Powell. You can pay a little extra for an off week and go down early if you arrange it with the boat president and marina to make sure it's dewinterised and in the water on time.(we have done this the last 2 seasons to extend our week a few days which is super nice). We have loved this boat but we need a couple of years off because we need to save for something bigger for our family.

  Antelope Point offers full cart service. The turn around service is required with this houseboat as well and costs $1800 a trip. Annual dues for this boat are $2000. Below are the recent upgrade to the big dollar items.

  Selling our week which is the first trip of the season on our boat. This year is May 15-21 inclusive. You can pay a little extra and go earlier to make a longer trip. The weather is perfect and the lake is not crazy as you get back right before the CRAZY of memorial weekend. Board the night before from antelope pointe marina so you have the cart/shuttle service. Our boat is a 74x16 4 bed 2 bath and almos fully updated. New engines and outfitted last season. Starlink and new inverter/batteries last season. New generator and solar being installed this season. So the boat is practically in brand new operational condition. Annual dues are $2000 and there was an extra $2000 this season for the generator, both will be paid. Asking $15k.
