1986 Skipperliner 53' Houseboat. This houseboat is in fantastic condition, has never been a timeshare. We have enjoyed this houseboat so much we have upgraded to a bit bigger houseboat so I need to sale this boat. This boat has plenty of sleeping capacity inside. Master Bedroom has a queen size bed, there is a couch in the living room that folds out (twin size). There is a couch mid ship that folds out (twin size) with a bunk bed above (twin size). There is a large lower sleeping area below deck that is approximately 8' x 10' that is perfect for kids!

All furniture, chairs, tables, etc. will stay with the boat. Outside furniture consists of forward deck table, 4-chairs and barbeque, 4-chairs on aft deck, 2-standard, 2-rocking, and 2-lounge chairs on the upper deck. Inside furniture consists of 2 pullout leather couches, 4 bar stools, table and 4-chairs. There is a fold-down big screen TV on the upper deck for watching movies under the stars as well as a TV in the living room.
Forward and Aft deck have been upgraded with multi-color, dimmable LED lighting.
Top Deck has several lighting upgrades
Lots of storage space in living areas and underneath main floor.
This boat is in slip J-5 at Bullfrog Marina, slip will transfer to new owner!
This boat would be a great first boat for someone interested in house-boating or someone interested in getting out of a time share. Purchase this boat and set it up as a multi-owner (timeshare) if desired. We are at the lake about every other week so it will be easy to set up a time to see this boat.
