One time Ownership cost: See "AD Posted Price" above for share ownership and at least (2 Prime season weeks chosen annually by you).
Partners come together in late April or early May for a weekend of spring cleaning, minor repairs and/or improvements as discussed by the team. This year is May 3-4. This is a great time to meet partners and learn about houseboat details.
Payment types Accepted: Cash, Check or Venmo
2025 Maintenance Dues: $2700 due upon transfer of ownership.

Current 2025 Schedule for this share: June 23rd - 30th and October 13th-20th. Team tries to accommodate everyone's need dates for use and a few unscheduled weeks are open for conflicts that may arise.
Note: Dates are selected (In rotation) at our Annual (January) Pre-season Partners Meeting. Team tries to be flexible to help folk get dates that match their needs. This is a great group of knowledgeable friendly folks to have as Partners.
Handoffs: Weekly partner handoffs are Monday to Monday with a 3:00 PM handoff unless scheduled for back-to-back weeks or negotiated/arranged with the succeeding family.

Power Sources: "On-Shore" marina power. Out of slip: "Generator" and "Solar" power.
Note: Solar Panels located on the upper deck to maximize sun exposure and provide shade over bar area.
LED multi-color lighting for the lower and upper deck for evening ambiance.
Upper and Lower helm stations and controls. Lower with VHF radio and depth finder.
Sleeping Accommodation: (Indoor Sleeps 11: Upper Deck 10+ Sleeping Pads) · Three bedrooms including a King Size master bedroom - Six
· Mid-boat Lower deck double futon - Two
· Living room double fold out - Two
· Stern lower deck futon - Single
· Two bathrooms
· The upper deck has many mats for sleeping under stars at night as well.
Kitchen: · Propane Gas stove/oven
· Large Ice machine (Drink ice)
· Two fridges and a wall mounted microwave.
· All you need kitchen ware and hand appliances.
Living Room:· Couches and eating bar with stools
· Chair that can fold out for queen bed.
· TV with video players
Decks: · Front deck for BBQ and large cooler.
· Top level with freezer, countertop and stools, seating area with two couches, lounge chairs, water slide, and cushions for sleeping under the stars.
· Water slide and two floating pads.
· Under deck (cargo hold space with many mechanical tools, shovels etc. for beach anchoring etc.)
HB Modification and work completed Modifications not depicted in Boat Trader advertising include:
Modification of the upper deck to accommodate new solar panels. Also added a nice countertop with a sink and freezer on the top deck.
Last year the partners had the entire bottom of the HB inspected, out of tolerance spots were repaired and reapplied new tar to the entire bottom of boat from hull to stern.
Additional Information The boat is owned by experienced partners who have a well-documented series of checklists to assist new partners in getting up to speed with houseboat ownership and maintenance. Some HB boating experience is required. Sorry no pets and this is not a party boat.
