Just Because is a 75' X 16' Sharpe houseboat located at Antelope Point Marina Dry Storage. Week 30 runs from July 22nd through July 29th. Annual maintenance fee is $2000 . There is a $2/hr charge on both the engine/generator usage. $1800 turn fee.
