The vessel is equipped with an Aluminum deck-stepped mast with a tabernacle, supported by a singel set of spreaders, there is a floating transverse aluminum boom. All coated with LPU paint. The mast and boom cary fore and aft sails that can be deployed to aid propulstion and vessel stability. There is schafer roller furling gear on both ssails for ease of deployment, reefing and rapid stowage.
